The hotel has a very cheerful team with great customer service. the location is super, right next door to the airport. - Convenient shuttle service to Soweto, Johannesburg, safari, and the shopping mall.

The hotel was absolutely great, I liked it, especially garden view. The family room was individual, included a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. The staff were eager to help, every need of guests is catered for. I often visited a honesty bar. The vibe here was family.

We were in the twin room with WiFi, Netflix and coffee.

This venue is a great place to stay, just 1 km from Silver Lakes Country Club and boasting an amazing location only 5 km from the airport.

The staff here were exceptionally pleasant, absolutely kind, and eager to help in every way, making for a great experience during our stay in a peaceful, remote location away from the city center.

Arthur, Ina and the rest of the staff were excellent. Very helpful, very friendly. Sunrock Gueshouse is a great place to stay. We recommend it.

If you want to experience how a real South African family lives and eats, this is the place. Excellent hospitality and efficiency. Owners of the lodge, Arthur and Ina, are really helpful and friendly, so are the staff members. Very clean and neat. Excellent value for your money.

I was most surprised at the efficiency and affordability of this entire experience. The shuttle was the best - Hennie is a keeper! I l so appreciated the cleanliness and the little details like a generous helping of coffee and sundries. The woodwork and the finishing is professional and tasteful. This is a perfect layover, close to the airport but with a homey, private feeling. Given what we have heard we noticed the good security and appreciated the individual suite with all that one might need : hot shower and clean towels. I would use this b and b anytime I am arriving in South Africa. Well done Sun Rock!

The experience was great but I have a few suggestions: Shampoo in the bathroom would be nice. Also, it's cold in the room - no effective heating but for a a small ineffectual wall heater. We paid full price but received no breakfast as our flight was at 7 am with a 5:45 shuttle. I would inquire as to whether guests are leaving early and if so a little breakfast supplied in the room would have been appreciated. E.G. a muffin or a biltong sandwich :) Lastly, I know this is out of your control but the air in the morning smelled terrible: like burning rubbish. I had an asthma attack and was happy to leave the area.
